Marketing Manager

Position Summary: As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing efforts for our fertilizer industries using research and planning in order to help find new product opportunities, identify new markets, gain market share and promote the ArrMaz brand.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
? Industry-Specific Planning - Develops industry plans to grow business which help us achieve our performance targets. Works cross functionally within the organization to ensure marketing plans are effectively executed. ? Market Research - Supplies the organization with relevant, reliable and actionable information related to industry trends, demographics, competitors, prospects and customers. Utilizes feedback, including surveys, to mine data that leads to informed decisions. ? New Market Growth - Utilizing marketing research, identifies potential new segments within the fertilizer space. Works closely with the commercial team to develop and implement profitable business plans to enter those segments. ? New Product Development - Works closely with R&D and Operations to bring new products to market. Manages the new product development process, including idea generation, determining new product profitability and creating executable business plans. Develops marketing campaigns for new product launches and monitors products for market share and growth potential. Makes recommendations on discontinuing products that do not meet business plan expectations. ? Marketing Communications - Develops and implements marketing communication strategies that promote the ArrMaz brand. Ensures a consistent approach across all marketing materials, including the use of logos, themes, visuals, slogans and messages. Utilizes traditional as well as social media to effectively reach targeted audiences. Distributes press releases that further our marketing strategy. ? Sales Support - Develops effective and comprehensive materials for sales teams. Ensures materials incorporate the current marketing communication strategies, as well as up-to-date research. Conducts presentations to sales teams and other appropriate key employees in order to arm them with the knowledge and strategies they need in order to succeed. ? Must be able to travel internationally. ? Other duties, as assigned. Education/Experience Requirements: ? A four-year degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field ? A minimum of three to five years' experience in marketing in a B2B environment, preferably in a technical environment ? Sales experience is preferred ? Experience in a chemical company highly preferred ? Prior industry experience is preferred (mining and/or fertilizer or agrichemical) ? Marketing certification a plus Skills and Competencies: ? High-level strategic thinking ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? The ability to lead and persuade others to follow marketing strategies ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and Power Point ? The ability to generate and use marketing research data to develop profitable business plans ? Organizational skills that help to develop, prioritize and implement projects ? Able to identify and understand customer needs and implement projects to meet those needs ? Able to develop and communicate marketing strategies to non-U.S. cultures Organizational Framework: ? This position reports to the VP of Marketing and Business Development. ? This position has no direct reports. ? Advises, consults and coordinates with: o R&D o Sales o Operations Physical Requirements/Working Environment: ? Working environment is in a chemical facility. ? Extended time on a computer - repetitive motion. ? Must be able to pass a post-offer/pre-placement drug screen, and background check.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
