Collections Representative

Job Description:
Accounting Principals is looking for a Collections Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity in Mulbery, FL for an organization that has growth potential! The ideal candidate is customer service focused and can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due Provide excellent & considerate customer service to all customers Processing monthly credit memos and the appropriate reporting Must communicate effectively with management regarding customer accounts on a timely basis Qualifications: 1-3 years of Collections experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail Commitment to excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
