We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team.
The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating with customers and dispatching service calls to field technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and billing dispatches once complete.
Customer experience is at the core of everything we do, and your job is to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible.
As a Service Coordinator you must be self-motivated, adaptable and have a persuasive personality.
You must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong sense of urgency.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for field technicians - Dispatch technicians to service locations using GPS and fleet management tools - Communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments - Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming service requests and inquiries - Assist in dispatching emergency service calls promptly and efficiently - Input data accurately into service computer system Requirements:
- Previous experience in coordinator role is preferable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technicians and customers.
- Ability to be detail oriented for data entry tasks.
- Ability to organized and prioritize many different project needs and goals.
