What you'll do? Coordinate bidding and rolling with HR and other clerks.
Coordinate meetings for hourly personnel (safety, annual training, engagement surveys, miscellaneous) Provide miscellaneous clerical and administrative support for managers and production coordinators Completion of weekly schedules for operations and maintenance teams.
Ensure Kronos entries correct for weekly payroll Process vacation requests, funeral leave, jury duty, travel pay and correction slips with HR and Payroll.
Manage and file daily paperwork according to document control standards.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
High School/GED required.

years of Mining Operations experience Manufacturing experience Time and Attendance Systems experience Maximo experience Benefits Offered by Mosaic:
