- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong clerical skills, including data entry and file management - Experience with event planning and training development is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Demonstrated phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
