We are looking for a skilled Accounts payable Specialist to take ownership of the accounts payable functions for the organization, including maintaining accurate records and processing - in a timely manner - all invoices received for payment.
Strong interpersonal communications skills a must.
Ability to problem solve and work with various levels of staff/management in an effective manner to accomplish position objective.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle high volume transactional data efficiently and effectively.
Pleasant and Professional phone etiquette is a prerequisite requirement of the position as the department is the first point of contact for incoming calls.
40-hour week with minimal overtime required.
