Working for EOT allows our team members to come alongside ministries from across the world by providing all their group travel needs.
EO is currently seeking a qualified candidate to work with our guests who need arrangements outside of the normal group reservation.

Job Description Provide exceptional personal service to all guests Receive complex and timely travel arrangement requests Deliver creative and effective travel arrangement solutions Book individual airline arrangements in coordination with group travel arrangements Coordinate all land arrangements outside of the normal group reservation Communicate all financial obligations to guest and execute receipt of payments Work with a dynamic team of professionals in creating a seamless travel experience Minimum Qualifications Five years of international travel concierge services Five years of a GDS Air reservation system experience Have worked in the Travel Industry in the last 10 years Proficient at booking airline reservations, and issuing, reissuing, and refunding airline tickets Flexible, Hardworking, Detail Oriented, and eager to learn Additional Qualifications Has strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in booking, managing, and ticketing air reservations Experience in booking land arrangements especially hotels, private transfers, and private touring Familiar with AS/400, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and/or Lotus Notes is a plus but not required Job Type:
