We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant with experience in Quickbooks.
Quickbooks Desktop experience is required.

Responsibilities:
A/R:
inputting estimates, processing invoices, receiving payments A/P:
entering vendor bills, auditing statements, paying bills Answering phones, fielding calls from customers and vendors Taking messages and relaying information Sorting mail and filing paperwork Dispatching technicians, scheduling service calls Issuing POs to vendors Other duties as assigned You have:
Experience with A/R, A/P and some Payroll Experience as an Administrative Assistant Proficiency in QB Desktop Excellent customer service skills HS Diploma/GED Valid FL Drivers license Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check Construction Industry experience preferred We offer:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
