Experience in supporting manufacturing processes, specifically in Electron-beam physical vapor deposition (EBPVD) coating targets.
Experience in addressing manufacturing defects in your previous roles.
Experience in regular engagement with various departments such as maintenance, planning, accounting, and R&D is essential.
Experience in day to day oversight of production team members.
Microsoft Office.
NICE TO HAVE Bachelor's degree in Material science (Ceramic preferred).
Demonstrated Understanding Statistical methods especially relating to SPC or Six Sigma Principles.
1-3 Years Experience in management.
Recommended Skills Accounting Automation Business Process Improvement Data Analysis Industrial Engineering Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
