We are hiring! Behavioral Progression is looking for motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Therapists to join our passionate and hard-working team.
We seek determined individuals passionate about providing effective ABA therapy to individuals with behavioral needs.
Both full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Therapist positions are available, as well as an internship program if you are interested in learning what Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is all about.

If you are excited to make a difference in helping the lives of others, this position is for you! Job descriptionRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy team.
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Therapist works with individuals with and without developmental disabilities, such as Autism, and with their families to provide quality ABA Therapy through the use of evidence-based practices and strategies.
The RBT/BT will implement behavior plans, collect data, provide support to families, schools, and caregivers, and receive direct supervision and support from Board Certified Behavior Analyst team members.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Therapist (BT) you will:
Work with clients 1-on-1 to implement individualized behavior plans to reduce problem behavior and teach socially appropriate replacement behaviors Receive supervision, training, and support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) team members Collect data on client progress and learn to analyze data with supervisor support Maintain client confidentiality Provide support to family members, teachers, and caregivers High school diploma or equivalent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Includes 40-hour RBT training, competency assessment, and Passing score on RBT exam Ability to pass a background check Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities Internship program is available for applicants looking to qualify for this position! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
