The open position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm and is located in Mulberry, Florida.
The job focus is:
Picking orders in a warehouse Packing, palletizing, measuring and weighing orders to ship Working on a computer to generate shipping labels and update sales orders Operating a forklift and pallet jack Assisting with receiving and delivery of orders as needed Performing warehouse duties such as cleaning, trash removal and lock down duties.
Job Requirements Picking, packing, and shipping must be performed with speed and accuracy.
The job is physically demanding.
Physical requirements include:
The ability to safely move 3,000 pound pallets with a pallet jack The ability to safely lift and carry 60 pound boxes The ability to safely climb ladders In addition to exceptional attention to detail and dependability, the ideal candidate will work well with others and have a positive attitude.
The candidate must be a self-starter and extremely organized.
Minimum education is a high school diploma.
Some warehouse knowledge, including forklift operation, would be considered a plus.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, consent to a background check and mandatory drug screening.
Compensation and Benefits Pay is $16/hour with opportunity for advancement based on performance and incentives.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
There are 8 paid holidays and beginning at 6 months the position is also eligible for paid time off.
