50 an hour The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers, store managers, and dealers to assist with any customer concerns or issues.
The topics of calls can include:
Taking payments Checking on delivery of orders Scheduling repairs Complaints about in-store experience, etc.
The main purpose for the CCR is to listen closely to the customer and provide a solution, when possible.
REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 3 months prior call center or retail experience Must be bilingual SCHEDULE & PAY Be available for a monthly rotating schedule within the following hours:
Monday - Saturday 9:
00 am - 7:
00 pm Sundays 11:
00 am - 7:
00 pm 40 hour workweek within the above stated hours Benefits provided after 90 day roll over $13.
