Position Available:
Train and Manage Entry Level Tire Techs - Work in a fast-paced, team environment using different state-of-the-art equipment to produce the best Retread tires in the Industry.
Earn up to $25/hour 1st shift and 2nd shift Tire Tech Lead position avaiable 1st shift pay:
$21.

Responsibilities:
Ability to Lift objects, move objects while exerting physical energy Ability to Learn and Apply Concepts Retread station tasks:
Inspection, Buffer, Skive, Repair, AZ extrusion, Pre-cure builder, Chambers, Final inspection, Monobeam/mold cure presses.
Retread employees will be trained regularly and audited to ensure proficiency Testing proficiency will be determined by passing established audit processes Timeline progressions are recommendations and will vary between individuals Progression to next level program will be based on proficiencies gained and not elapsed time in program.
Minimum Requirements:
Reliable Attendance Ability to Manage Leadership Skills/Qualities Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn Flexibility to Work Overtime if Necessary Ability to Begin Work Promptly Must be 18 Years of Age Ability to remain standing for the entirely of one's shift Detail oriented Ability to work in a team environment If interested, please fill out our online application.
