No Experience Required! Currently we are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as Shop Laborers at our location in Mulberry.
Standard 40 hour schedule is 7:
00 am - 3:
30pm Monday to Friday.
Overtime hours offered most weeks.
Weekly pay period.
Laborers will have the opportunity to train for various other shop positions such as fitters, welders, and equipment operator.
The position will include the following
Responsibilities:
Standing, lifting, carrying, and/or pushing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift (including overtime).
Maintaining a clean and neat workstation (sweeping, equipment cleaning, and preventative maintenance).
Bolting up units to prep for shipping Loading units on trailer for delivery Providing necessary support to other skilled labor to ensure production maintains efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following
Qualifications:
Ability to follow safety policies & procedures, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as hardhat, safety glasses, etc.
Ability to use manual hand tools, including wrenches and clamps.
Ability to accurately use basic measuring devices, including tape measures.
