The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.
The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas.

Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform general clean-up of all areas as directed Manage routine upkeep of interior and exterior areas, including field and parking lot Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified direction Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped Ability to paint and touch-up small areas Set up and teardown equipment for special events Operate a forklift on a minimal basis Move or breakdown/reassemble furniture Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required 2
years janitorial experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Job Type:
